2015 Charlie Was Diagnosed With Stage 4 Rectal Cancer And Had To Receive Chemotherapy And Radiation Combined, Surgery To Remove The Cancer, Followed By Additional Chemo. Along WIth That Course Of Treatment, He Also Had A Port And Colostomy Bag In Addition To Take Down And Removal Of The Bag Once Healed 2 Years Later !! Team Of Doctors Was Positive That They Removed And Was Confident He Would Continue On With A Normal Life..

2024 Unfortunately Almost 10 Years Later, All Those Warning Signs Again Arose And Thru Tests And Imaging, Charlie Was Diagnosed With Another Mass Which Resulted In A 2ND Course Of Treatment Including Chemotherapy, Replacement Of The Prior Port, And Surgery.. Unfortunately This Time Has Had Significant Side Effects And Has Resulted In Him Not Being Able To Hold A Full Time Job And He Again Had To Quit His Full Time Job Of 10 Years As A Manager.
